Shelley A. Kroll

Shelley A. Kroll is a partner of the Firm.  Shelley has a wide range of experience in all areas of commercial real estate transactions. Shelley regularly represents a variety of landlords and tenants, on a national basis, in connection with commercial leasing matters.  Shelley previously worked in the commercial real estate departments at Day, Berry & Howard LLP (predecessor of Day Pitney LLP), during the mid and late 1980s and Hebb & Gitlin, P.C. in the early 1990s.  He is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.

Shelley received his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania (1979), a master’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1981), and his juris doctorate, cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law (1984), where he was Lead Articles Editor for the Syracuse Law Review and taught a course on legal writing and advocacy.

Outside of the office, Shelley is an avid golfer and has volunteered his time with various YMCA and town athletic organizations.  Shelley and his wife live in West Hartford with their two sons.
