John P. Moehring’s practice encompasses all areas of commercial real estate.  He devotes much of his time to office and retail leasing matters, representing both landlords and tenants on a national, regional and local level.  John has been with the Firm since 2006.   John previously practiced in Danbury, Connecticut, representing clients in commercial and residential real estate matters.  He is admitted to the practice of law in Connecticut and New York.

John graduated summa cum laude from Fordham University in the Bronx, New York, with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 1998, and graduated cum laude from Pace University Law School in White Plains, New York in 2003.  He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.  While in law school, John served as a Research and Writing Editor of the Pace International Law Review.

John, his wife and daughter reside in the Town of Middlebury.  He is an avid Yankees fan and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
