John Patrick Moehring is a partner of the Firm. His practice encompasses all areas of commercial real estate. He devotes the majority of his time to office, retail (in particular, supermarket) and industrial warehouse leasing matters, representing both landlords and tenants on a national, regional and local level. John has been with the Firm since 2006. He is admitted to the practice of law in Connecticut and New York.
A native of Norwalk, Connecticut, John graduated summa cum laude from Fordham University in the Bronx, New York, with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 1998, and graduated cum laude from Pace University Law School (now known as the Elisabeth Haub School of Law) in White Plains, New York in 2003. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. While in law school, John served as a Research and Writing Editor of the Pace International Law Review.
John, his wife Barbara and his two children, Charlotte and Brendan, reside in the Town of Middlebury. He is an avid Yankees fan, a bona fide foodie and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
