Gregory F. Arcaro practices in the Firm’s litigation area. He represents clients through all phases of Federal Court, Bankruptcy Court and State Court and litigation including professional liability defense for attorneys, accountants, architects, insurance agents, real estate brokers, and appraisers, bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation and general commercial litigation. He advises attorneys and law firms on professional and ethical issues, and issues relating to risk management and loss control. Greg has substantial experience in bankruptcy litigation, representing his clients, including debtors, creditors and trustees within the context of preference and fraudulent conveyance litigation, and objections to discharge and dischargeability. Greg is a frequent lecturer for National Business Institute in the areas of bankruptcy and debt collection practices.
Greg received his undergraduate degree, with a concentration in English, from Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, New York in 1993. While at Mount Saint Mary College, Greg was named the Ralph Scholar for the year 1992 for his contributions to the campus community and academic achievement. Greg earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western New England College School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts in 1998.
