Andrew R. Wallace represents a variety of institutional and private developers, owners, lenders and investors in connection with the development, financing, leasing, management, acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets.

Andy joined the Firm in 2010, following six years of managing the real estate development, lending and other legal affairs in-house at Capital Properties Associates, L.P., The Matos Group, LLC and Rentschler Field Development Company, LLC.  Andy began his practice at Day, Berry & Howard LLP in 1997.  He is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut.

Andy earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Connecticut in 1993, and was awarded his J.D. by the Boston University School of Law in 1997, where he served as an Editor on the Boston University Law Review.

Andy was born and raised in Greater Hartford and currently resides in Suffield, Connecticut.  He presently sits on the Board of Directors of Riverfront Recapture.
