Andrea Levine regularly represents lenders in commercial real estate transactions. She has a national practice focusing on the origination and servicing of commercial mortgage loans secured by various properties, including office buildings, shopping centers, and hotels. Her extensive experience includes the representation of a rating agency and loan servicers in connection with the servicing of securitized loans. After several years of private practice as a corporate lawyer, Andrea spent twelve years practicing commercial real estate law at Dechert LLP. She is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and joined the Firm in 2011.
Andrea received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and a Juris Doctorate from Cornell University Law School. Andrea is the alumni Vice President of Activities of her class at Brown University. She is also a member of the Connecticut Women’s Council.
Outside of the office, Andrea is an avid skier and an active fundraiser for the Connecticut chapter of Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.
